So here comes the first in what I will call the blinkie-blinkie award. That would be where a customer says something so incredibly dumb, that all I can do is blink. So here is this winner. Handing me a DVD she asks if this "cuts the picture" No it is letterboxed. "letterboxed?" After explaining what letterboxed was she hands back the DVD not wanting it cuz, blinkie-blinkie she doesn't want "to lose part of the picture" . I try with the help of Deb to explain that letter boxing doesn't cause you to lose part of the picture, it just changes the ratio so you don't lose the sides of the movie. She insists that letterboxing causes you to lost part of the picture. After trying to explain why letter boxing is better, she refuses the sale stating that having black bars on her screen is a "drag" I still don't think she understands the phrase, edited to fit your tv screen.

What the??? Just another late night at Tops Friendly market.
